CCCCA 理事会由一群热心的社区义工组成。他们来自不同的职业背景——教育工作者、工程师、医生、企业家、科研人员——但拥有一个共同的信念：让中华文化在克利夫兰这片土地上薪火相传，生生不息。
理事会成员全部为无偿志愿服务。利用各自的业余时间，他们管理机构的日常运营、规划年度活动、协调各方资源、确保财务透明，并与社区、政府和其他机构保持沟通。每一份理事会的工作，从制定发展战略到审批活动预算，从招募志愿者到对外联络——都是在工作日的晚上、在周末的间隙、在家庭生活的缝隙中完成的。
没有报酬，只有责任。没有掌声，只有付出。但每一位理事都会告诉你：当你看到中文学校孩子们的笑脸，当你看到春节晚会上全场起立鼓掌的瞬间，当你听到社区里有人说”有 CCCCA 真好”——所有的付出都值得。
理事会每年选举产生，确保组织的透明治理和持续活力。我们向每一位现任和历任理事致以最深的敬意——是你们的肩膀，撑起了 CCCCA 的天空。

The CCCCA Board of Directors is composed of dedicated community volunteers from diverse professional backgrounds — educators, engineers, physicians, entrepreneurs, researchers — united by one shared commitment: ensuring that Chinese culture continues to thrive in Cleveland, generation after generation.
Every board member serves on a completely voluntary, unpaid basis. They manage the organization’s operations, plan annual programs, coordinate resources, maintain financial transparency, and liaise with the community, government agencies, and partner organizations — all during evenings after work, on weekends between family obligations, and in the small hours carved out of busy lives.
There is no compensation, only responsibility. No applause, only dedication. But ask any board member, and they will tell you: when you see the joy on the faces of Chinese school children, when you witness a full house rising to applaud at the Lunar New Year Gala, when you hear someone in the community say “CCCCA makes a difference” — every hour given is returned tenfold.
The Board is elected annually to ensure transparent governance and sustained vitality. We extend our deepest gratitude to every past and present board member. It is your shoulders upon which CCCCA stands.
